SelfCareSunday ❤️ Sunday nights for me are all about resetting, recharging and getting ready for the week ahead. One of the things I love to do is light a candle, put on my favorite Spotify station, and soak in an Epsom salt bath after dry scrubbing my skin from head to toe with a dry body brush. Dry brushing before your bath helps to stimulate your lymphatic system and exfoliate your skin, which helps your body eliminate toxins. I highly recommend it 2-3 times a week. They say it also helps improve the appearance of cellulite. I definitely notice the difference in my skin when I don’t do it regularly. I usually soak sbout 20-30 minutes to get the optimal detoxifying effects. And if you have any trouble sleeping, you will sleep like a baby! What are some of your Sunday night #selfcare rituals?
